KAT is not the first site for the Tor network. This news has come in the wake of the return of the Pirate Bay to its original .ORG domain name after facing the wrath of ISPs and court orders. Said another user, “This is fantastic news. I had quite some difficulties trying to log in. Now no more.” Another one adds, “Welcome to Tor KAT family, nothing beats sailing on the dark net.” Established in 2008, KickassTorrent is the most visited torrents site in 2016 with millions of visitors per day, defeating The Pirate Bay in terms of traffic. It has been facing IPS barriers in numerous countries including the UK and Finland and it might be blocked in Australia as well. Besides the dark web news, KAT has also recently announced the launch of two-factor authentication, becoming the first torrent website to incorporate this service.
